Use this form to apply to the regulator for an exemption from complying with a requirement of the Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations 2022.

Mine operators applying for an exemption from the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022 for a mining operation are required to complete the Request for an exemption from WHS Mines Regulations: Form and submit it through SRS.
