This information sheet provides guidance for persons conducting a business or undertaking (PCBUs) about how to manage the risks of family and domestic violence at work and duties under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WHS Act), Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations 2022 (WHS General Regulations) and Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022 (WHS Mines Regulations).
PCBUs may also wish to seek further advice from their employer organisation, or other work health and safety and employment law professionals.
