The portal allows you to:

  • upload any relevant documents demonstrating competency including training certificates
  • track the progress of your application
  • download a digital copy of your certificate or request a hard copy if required
  • update your personal details including contact and employment information.

Registering for an MSPP account

To use MSPP you need to register for an account. This it to verify your identity and confirm your eligibility to sit an exam. Read the information collection notice for a summary of the information that may be collected.

Registration requires your unique student identifier (USI). If you have completed training with a registered training organisation previously, you will already have a USI. It should appear on your training records they have issued.

If you do not have an USI, you will need to create one before registering.

Find or create an USI

Other documents may also be required depending on your chosen pathway. Your application cannot be processed without the correct information.

See Registering for an account: Guide for help.

You can enrol in a statutory learning pathway and book your exam session once you have registered.

Statutory learning pathways

A statutory learning pathway is a structured process within MSPP to guide you in obtaining the required statutory certificates. Through the learning pathways, you can:

  • access the application process to obtain a statutory certificate, including any exams, required to be eligible for a certificated statutory position
  • enrol for an exam required for a non-certificated statutory position
  • enrol for an exam required to transition a certificate of competency to meet certification requirements.

To learn how to enrol in a learning pathway, see the Enrolling for a statutory learning pathway: Guide.
