Now that you have read the WorkSafe SmartMove information you are ready to take the self assessment test. If you answer more than 75% of the questions correctly you will receive an on-line certificate from the WorkSafe WA Commissioner

How to sit the test

  1. Enter your name (as you want it to appear on the final certificate); then

  2. Select the assessment module you want to tested in; and

  3. Get ready to sit the test.
