Did you know that so many people are killed and every year on construction sites that is it considered a high risk industry?

Construction sites are always changing. A site that is safe one day may not be safe the next. The construction industry is one of the most dangerous to work in, so you need to pay attention all the time.

Remember:

  • your employer should make sure equipment is well maintained, you are properly trained and have a blue card, are supervised and given instructions for safe work procedures
  • you should follow safe working procedures and wear the PPE provided
